WHO SHE IS

A Judge Who Has

Seen Every Side

Elise Hoyle has spent her entire legal career in the Enotah Judicial Circuit — first as an Assistant Public Defender, then building a private practice alongside her husband, and as an Assistant District Attorney.

She has stood beside property owners, business owners, parents, children, victims, and the accused. She has argued for the innocent and prosecuted the guilty. No candidate in this race brings that depth of perspective to the bench.

In 2022, a near-fatal car crash on her way home from court in Blairsville profoundly changed her outlook both in her personal and professional life. The community's outpouring of support during her recovery deepened her commitment to serve the people of Towns, Union, Lumpkin, and White counties.

Elise Hoyle for Superior County Judge

That experience reinforced my belief that our courts must be places where people are treated with dignity, where the law is applied firmly and fairly, and where the humanity of every person is recognized.

While in private practice, Elise primarily focuses her practice in all areas of family law while specializing in cases involving children and victims of domestic violence.

EARLY CAREER

Assistant Public Defender

Elise began her legal career defending those who could not afford representation — learning early that justice must be available to everyone, not just those with resources.
